Cornhill Insurance Plc, Touring caravan insurance from IGI Insurance ltd, static
caravan insurance and Park Home Insurance from Towergate underwriting Group
Limited. |

We recommend that you consider whether you
need to take out appropriate life cover to repay the loan/mortgage in the
event of death. We also recommend that you take out Buildings Insurance, as
this is compulsory. You are not obliged to take any products from us. |

services? |

We do not charge any fees for our services
but on certain circumstances we may charge you a fee of up to 1% of your loan
amount depending on the complexity of your requirements. If a fee is to be
charged case we will notify you prior to any application being made with a
lender. |

relating to it.

5. Refund of fees |

If we charge you a fee, and your mortgage
does not go ahead, you will receive: |

A full refund if you do not proceed with
your loan application with the lender is rejected. However you will not
receive a refund if we are successful in obtaining a formal loan/mortgage
offer from the lender. |

6. Who regulates us? |
|
Crystal Finances, Our permitted business is advising on and
arranging mortgages and non – investment insurance business. You can check this in the FSA’s Register by
visiting the FSA’s website: www.fsa.gov.uk/register/or by contacting
the FSA on 0845 606 1234. |

7. What to do if you have a complaint? |

us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. |

8. Are we covered by the Financial Service
Compensation Scheme (FSCS)? |

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be
entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations.
This depends on the type of business and circumstances of the claim. |

Insurance advising and arranging is covered
100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without upper
limit. |
Mortgages |
|
Mortgage advising and arranging is covered
for 100% of the first £30,000 and 90% of the next £20,000 so the maximum
compensation is £48,000. |
